Recipe: Rum Cocktail: The Rum and Ginger Fizz
Summary: Use tall glasses for this drink
2 Teaspoons Grated Fresh Ginger
1 Teaspoon Bitters (such as Angostura)
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (preferably from a Meyer lemon)
1/2 Cup Dark Rum
1 1/2 Tablespoons Ginger Liqueur
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients except for the sparkling water.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Pour half of the mixture into each glass.
Fill halfway with ice and add in one or two lemon wheels.
Continue filling glass with ice.
Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
